BAKING: EASTER CARAMEL SHORTBREAD

bunnies1

  • Caramel Shortbread is a gorgeous, very sweet treat that many of us love. You’ve got three layers of absolute decadence, the smooth, hard chocolate topping which your teeth sinks through until it reaches the luscious, gooey caramel before meeting a crisp, golden shortbread. You definitely don’t need much of this to be satisfied! Getting close to easter now, I wanted a bit of an ode to the spring holiday so topped mine with mini eggs and adorable Malteaser bunnies! I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! View Post

BAKING: Nutella Cupcakes!

Who doesn’t love Nutella? While I’m not the type who likes to spread it on toast (it just seems weird!), I do love it in a Ferrero Rocher so just had to come with an idea to incorporate the hazelnut spread into my baking. And so we have, my easy Nutella cupcakes!

BAKING: Frozen Inspired Cupcakes!

My niece Ava is one and a half years old. My niece Ava loves Frozen. Or rather ‘Fro-Fro’ as she calls it. Obviously she’s too young to actually know what’s going on, but other than Peppa Pig it’s the only thing she will stand and watch transfixed. So these fluffy, yummy cupcakes are inspired by Frozen, for Ava.

BAKING: Giant Cookie!

Now I love cookies. Any sort of cookies and I’ll be sniffing it out, ready to chomp down on one, just call me Angelica! (I really hope you get that reference!) So when hunting down for my next bake for Musings & More, a giant cookie seemed the obvious choice! If from the UK, you should be familiar with cookie shop called Millie’s Cookies and this tastes exactly the same. No more will I be shelling out £15 for one of theirs! This recipe is incredibly easy to do and takes no time at all to whip up. It also helps that it tastes bloody incredible!

BAKING: Crunchy Caramel Bites

These yummy bites are deliciously devilish – packed full of nuts, caramel, biscuits and chocolate, what’s not to like? It’s also a really simple recipe to do and you can easily swap ingredients to other choices you might want to try like coconut or peanut butter.
