Wishlist – Autumn Edition

4th November 2015

It can’t be just me that can’t believe it’s Autumn already, right? I genuinely feel like Summer was gone in the blink of an eye! But anyway, a new season means new things to get excited about and it’s a good excuse to go shopping. Feast your eyes on my Autumn wish list!

Autumn Wishlist

1. Cosy by the Fire Yankee CandleI’m the type of the person who has a Yankee Candle for every occasion and naturally, every year there is new scents to get aquatinted with. As the name suggests, this flavour aims to create the scene and smell of wrapping up warm in front of a crackling fire on a cold evening. Now I’d love a fire but unfortunately I don’t have the space so this, with my very own snuggly blanket, is the next best thing!

2. Autumn WreathI know what you’re thinking. A wreath? Isn’t that for Christmas? No! Why does it need to be? This one from not on the high street is perfect for adding some autumnal style to your home. It’s artificial obviously so you don’t need to worry about it dying and it can be used year after year. Full of reds and browns, it’s typical seasonal and unlike Christmas Wreaths you could keep it up for a lot longer. Hell, keep it up all year if you’d like!

3. Studded Backpack
I’m desperately in need of a new bag and for some reason I’ve yet to find one I want to make my every day bag. I do however adore this one for weekends when I’m out doing errands or shopping as more hands free means more shopping…right? The size is perfect for those essentials like my massive purse, phone and all the crap I have rolling around at all times. I can just see this with a leather jacket or pretty much anything really!

4. Faux Suede Ankle Boots
As you should know, I’m a big boots girl. They are the only thing that I truly feel comfortable in so it makes sense that I need at least a couple of pairs! I really love these faux suede ones from River Island. The gold metallic heels makes them look really stylish and are an easy way to really add something to an every day outfit. River Island boots are also super comfy and with these ones you really could wear them from day to night.

5. Alice in Wonderland PrintI constantly find prints that I want for our walls, to the point where my boyfriend has to physically stop me from buying more. That doesn’t stop me from lusting over not on the high street who have so many great prints to choose from that I would literally cover every inch of wall if I was allowed. This Alice in Wonderland quote is a favourite of mine that I recently found. It reads “Have I gone mad?” “I’m afraid so, you’re entirely bonkers. But I’ll tell you a secret…all the best people are.” I think I love this so much because in a way it’s celebrating the quirks we all possess and how great this makes us all individually.

6. Zara Trench Coat
Now everyone knows a trench coat is a classic. And while I can’t quite afford a Burberry, this equivalent from Zara is a pretty good dupe. I can’t help imagining how much wear you could get out of this timeless piece and what a great investment it is. Or perhaps I’m just trying to convince myself? Regardless, I want it.

What’s on your wish list this Autumn?
